Customer Reviews for Ventura County

When a Credit Union targets homeless people and steals money from a homeless persons account without their consent is disgusting. I am currently homeles and have noticed unauthorized charges going to my account. I contacted Ventura County Credit Union and they admitted stealing money from my account without my authorization by calling it a fee for no address. Call it what you will, I will never do business with a company that is supposed to keep your money safe from being stolen, yet they themselves steal from you. Every month they steal $5 from each person that struggles like I do. Multiply that $5 for each person. Is that 20, 50, 100, 200 or more people? Multiply those numbers. This can easily be Grand Larceny.
Penalties for Grand Theft under California Penal Code 487 PC
California Penal Code 487 PC grand theft is a misdemeanor then the penalty is up to one year in county jail and a fine of up to $1000. If you are convicted of a felony grand theft, then the sentence is up to 3 years of state prison and a maximum $10,000 fine.

These people need to be charged and sentenced.
