Customer Reviews for Trustone Financial

  • August 7, 2020

We have been members for over 40 years. Now that we are retired, we spend a lot of time in Turkey. We use our credit card from Trustone, but often the merchant will not accept it. They try to run it through their bank but it is rejected. We call the US and talk to Trustone and they say no request from the merchant came through. They say there are no holds or problems with our card. We have investigated it with the merchant's banks and some banks here don't connect with the credit union and so we are not able to use our card. We have had to get hundreds of dollars in cash at times because our credit card is not accepted. We very much like the services of the credit union, but this causes us many problems and embarrassment when we are abroad.
