Stupid is as stupid does.
Nusenda changed from New Mexico Crdit union by going to a lot of automation, its been a disaster. The deposit take 1-2 days to post, but a withdrawl that posts as pending gets charged a fee that the automatic system assess and no one can reverse. When I called for help the sent me to a "courtesy" help dept which couldn't do me the courtesy of undoing what Nusenda's automated system did. The automated systems charges your account for every little thing, and when in error, no one has any authority to correct it - this you find out after a 20-30 hold time any time you call. Their "call back" system also doesn't work. Nusenda fails as a community - orientated business. " Humans" shoudl try another bank - this one won't talk to you & just steals your money.

Fees ontop of fees on top of fees
Fees on top of fees on top of fees.
They charge you fees like an overdraft for pending items that fall off after a couple of days. I had fraud charges - it takes 3-5 days just to file a claim, meantime, charges are still posting & fees are rolling on top of fees - the fraud claim cleared me, Nusenda only cleared 2 of the 6 fees they charged from the proven fraud error. Not really member supportive at all!
