Customer Reviews for North Easton Savings Bank

Went in to open accounts in Middleboro foy my husband and myself as well as one for my grandson. Without being invited into an office I was asked from across the room if I was opening accounts for the children ( my 3 grandsons were with me)..I said yes for the oldest and for myself. I was asked if we had my grandson's birth certificate and social security card. We did not..I had called earlier to inquire about account availability for minors..that would have been a goid time to let me know we would need those documents. I was nevet asked what kind of accounts I wanted to open. Having worked in the Branch Banking girld for over 30 yeats I have to call them out for really bad customer service. I woild never have turned a potential new customer away. I have opened hundreds of savings accounts for minors and have never been required by any of the banks I have worked to do so. She did not ask if he would be a signer or a beneficiary. I did not feel welcomed..it was lunch time...I know it's annoying when customers come in at lunch time and I truly think the woman just wanted to get her lunch break. Maybe it was the kids..not sure but I did nit feel welcome and will not be bringing my banking relationship to this bank. Since they didn't ask they don't even know what my relationship consists of...their loss!!

Customer support is totally useless. The bank locked me out of my accounts because my mother died and they were too stupid to read the paperwork. They determined that I had died instead. Now they can’t understand that they screwed up and keep passing me off to different people. Worst bank ever!!
