    I was a victim of International Fraud through a Canadian Business, this happened around December 23rd 2021. I have since had issues with Customer Service as well as lack of security on my existing accounts. I also still have not had any luck when I requested to speak with High Management as well as the President of Infuze. I also have had a very rude and unprofessional interaction with an Infuze employee, named Stephanie and I had Mastercard Corp on the line and that call was recorded and I do have the notes from the Mastercard Employee that heard how the chat went and how I was treated. Now when I send a message through there Online Banking System it seems they do not want to deal with me and they have now deactivated my Log In. I have been treated like trash and I have gotten NO where with any requests I have made.

    I have tons of documentation to prove how I was victimized. I also have had numerous contact with Canadian Police Constables and there is an on going Fraud Case being investigated there in Canada. I'm also working with the Osage Beach Police Dept as well as there Detective.

    I want an Official Complaint filed against Infuze for there handling of this situation and the rude employees I have encountered. I also demand to talk with the Board of Directors and the President of Infuze, in which I have asked for that before and was ignored.

    I have a million reasons to be upset with Infuze but they still ignore my requests and truly does not care for there members as I am living proof.

    I have also consulted with the local court systems as well as Private Attorneys. I was also threatened to have my Auto Loan revoked and this has NOTHING to do with the Auto at all, I called an attorney and I was going to file suit as Infuze was about to take an illegal action. And the employee that is apparently over Auto Loans is the employee that was very hateful to me via phone.

    Stay AWAY from this Credit Union as you may endure the same pain as I am currently going through!

    I feel like I deserve JUSTICE!
