Customer Reviews for First National Bank of Pulaski
Tim, In Pulaski TN
August 10, 2022 |
1st National Bank of Tennessee is not, in my opinion, a mobile friendly bank. Be aware that they do not have a 1-800 number on their cards. So, if it happens to be a weekend and you're out of town trying to use the card and encounter a problem you will have to wait until the next business day to resolve it (hopefully). Such was the case for me, unfortunately. Also, I have had my accounts frozen several times. Although they offer many excuses, they offer no realistic reasoning or solutions. Repeatedly. "Your account was frozen because you entered the wrong pin" or, "Your account was frozen because of suspected fraud"... To which I replied "I did NOT use the wrong pin" and "Suspected fraud for ONE dollar?". In short, if you are a traveler and rely upon 1st National Bank of Pulaski for mobile banking, you would be better off banking elsewhere.
