  • April 22, 2022 |

dealing with avb bank at 51st & Mingo in Tulsa this is one location you should avoid at ALL cost I have never in all the years of dealing with bankers been so badly treated by the lady manager there ( if you could call her a lady ha ha, who should be fired ) thought she had the right to chew me out over her perceived biases. the staff at that location is poorly trained and defiantly not helpful as reflected by their manager. I guess that they forgot that the customer is the reason their in business. I went to a different branch in broken arrow and was treated 100% better asking the teller to do the exact same transaction that I asked their other bank to do and wouldn't do, he was friendly and did not argue with me as their other branch did
I will not be doing business with the 51st branch ever again. upper management you need to take this seriously if you dont think customer service is important and the way management treats coutomers
