Avoid at all costs
As others have stated, this bank is a joke. Good luck trying to get your money out, they make it almost impossible. You've been warned. -
You can transfer up to $2,000 out to a connected account via the "express" service. That gets it there in 2 days. Larger transfer have a 1 week delay. If you moved a lot of money into an account here like me when the rate was the highest a couple of months ago, then you are basically going to come out flat at best trying to move it out to get it back to Synchrony. Silly me.

I do not necessarily agree with the other comments here. Opening account is easy, access is easy, reps very helpful during normal business hours, etc. Moving money out may require an extra day and an extra click beyond some other sites. Might opt for Purepoint instead as long as the rate is the same.

This bank makes you jump thru too many hoops. Filled out the online application just fine but then after it was submitted for review, they wanted me to scan my driver's license and email it to them. WTF??? No other online bank I have used (well over 10) ever made such a request. The excuse was they could not verify the info I submitted; my thinking is if a bank can't do that like all the other online banks then there's something wrong with this bank! I cancelled my application and enrolled in another bank (PurePoint) with 0.05% less APY but they didn't make me jump thru hoops and the application process went smooth as silk.
