I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tidemark, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exemplary. I was met with a level of professionalism and customer service that I haven't seen in a long time from Stacey, Crystal, and Rene, which truly made the entire process smooth and easy.

This bank reversed a chargeback after I was scammed for an online purchase. I was shopping at a legitimate online retailer,
Cato Fashions, and was redirected to another website that was posing as Cato. They stole images from various websites,
including CATO, and before you know it I ended up purchasing items from this unknown website, located in China. It took over
a month to receive the merchandise, and I could not return it because there was no customer service number, no valid return
address on the package, no packing slip or notification that the package had been delivered, nothing. Not even any tags on the
garments! I was charged $116.42 for poor quality clothing, all different sizes, that was so badly made that I could not even
try one garment on due to its legs being sewn together. They looked like cheap, thin polyester pajamas, not leggings with
matching tunics. It was a package of junk. I had no choice since I could not contact them but to dispute the charge with
Tidemark FCU while they investigated. They reversed the chargeback stating that I received all items as pictured (not true), and
that the return policy was only 15 days. Well, how can you return something that took a month to arrive? I tried (3 emails) to
contact the "company" Western Tags, but nobody ever responded back. After a Google search, I found others who have also
been scammed by this unscrupulous company. Now Tidemark won't respond to me, and they are supposed to be member
advocates. We would like our money back. We are in the process of closing our accounts and have liquidated most of our
assets in this credit union. We have had other problems with their bank cards not working, etc., but this issue is just so unfair. -

I love Tidemark FCU! I have been with them for months, and they have been phenomenal too me. The mobile app is GREAT! Customer service is phenomenal, and I moved to another state and was able to stay with them and they make banking super easy especially when living in another state far away. I love Tidemark and I recommend them to everyone. They have helped me so much, and I appreciate them 100% the branch in Milford, Delaware is AWESOME!!! The ladies there are very polite and professional. Great atmosphere and positive vibes! The branch is absolutely beautiful, and again the app is easy to use and navigate. 5 STARS FROM ME!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
