I have been a member here for 30 years and I have a reloadable debit card. They accidentally put an extra $465 on my card. In order to return the money, I incurred a $2 fee, which they claimed they would reimburse me. They lied to me. They finally paid me after they got tired of me hounding them. They left me feeling like I did something wrong. I tried to talk to the CEO about it. He wouldn't return my call until I left a threatening message. Then he told me a few lies, told me I needed a checking account? Left me thinking he could care less. I closed my account there. I believe I would have been better off to give the $465 to charity and just pay the $2 fee.
Show my statement to the CEO and I believe he will know who I am.
