Membership in New England Federal Credit Union is open to the following: (1) those who live, work or attend school in Chittenden, Grand Isle, Franklin, Lamoille, Washington or Addison Counties of Vermont; (2) those who live, work, volunteer, worship or attend school in Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw, or Wayne Counties in Michigan; (3) employees or retirees of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan; (4) Medical Mutual of Ohio; (5) those working in health care related organization in Monroe, St. Clair, or Genesee Counties in Michigan.
