Their problem is their CEO, Matt. I recently met with one of their bankers to send a wire to my Fidelity investment account. An hour later the banker called me to tell me that my wire had been cancelled and all of my money was "on hold" for 10 days. Being frustrated and confused, I had a phone conversation with CEO Matt. He was extremely arrogant and condescending. In his own words, he profiled me as a scammer. In my 63 years, I've never been in trouble with the law with the exception of a few traffic tickets. So, I went to VSECU and opened accounts there. They treated me like an important and valued customer. I will be closing my accounts at Heritage and moving all of my money to VSECU. I feel sorry for the Heritage employees who have to work for such a vile man.
