I am very disappointed in the Firelands FCU. I tried to re-enroll and was very unsuccessful. I have been a customer of this establishment for five and one half years and have until this point been very happy. Now it is impossible for me to re-enroll in on line banking. I followed the prompts correctly. I have contacted my attorney and may follow steps to action. I can not believe a company I thought was so professional is not. I am expecting a call from your help desk to resolve this problem. Today I spent thirty minutes waiting in line at the Norwalk, Ohio office with no answer. Shame on you for making it difficult.
