I had a charge that wasn't authorized, and they told me there is nothing they can do about it because in the past it was authorized. Are you serious? So if someone takes your card and goes to Walmart.com and buys stuff you're screwed if you ever shopped there before.
Their mobile app doesn't work half the time and you can't deposit at the ATM for a checking account. No phone support on weekends. No international charging allowed without calling first (even on ebay). Employees are argumentative on the phones and slow in the lines. Whitaker bank is stuck in the 80s, I hate to write a bad review but you must avoid them, so much regret going to them!
