Worst bank ever!!!!!! If your an independent and not a commercial customer they don’t take care of you…..my family has been with LCSB for years and of course it is mostly commercial with my family members now in saying that I went in independent only having ssdi anyone on ssi or ssdi knows it takes forever to get direct deposits going or cancelled….. in saying that we the people do not get much money too live on…. And because we are not part of high class money making end of accounts they literally treat you like crap!!! But watch how they are when someone with money goes in red carpet royalty all the way!!! Circumstances change LCSB you never know who will have large amounts of money to invest or a lotto win etc…. So the toes they step on now maybe the butt they kiss tomorrow!!! It shouldn’t matter if it’s one dollar or a million the customer service sucks plus it’s really great going inside and the tellers are grouped up chatting amongst themselves and your the only one in line and wait 15 minutes until they decide to serve you!!!! All I can say is I pray my family and friends that bank here will go somewhere else but because of how hard it is to get direct deposits and money moved it takes a while…
