Won't choose this bank ever

This bank sucks that it doesn't update on Saturdays n it has nothing to do with being short handed they choose to not update system on Saturdays which is very inconsistent for clients trying to withdraw money there is no update with balances so u could have less than wat ur bank teller tells u on Saturday so than ur stuck having to pay a bunch of fees for the bank going in negative n decline on payments that r automatically taking out this bank is way to old school

They r not willing to help u wen u need the help especially with emergencies during a pandemic I had money deposited n I can't access it til Monday even tho I need my hot water fixed today but I can't access my money til Monday due to no one scheduled to do so

This is Nick I thought it was giving it a negative 5 start cuz it doesn't even deserve one start

They need to start updating their system on Saturdays for their clients n customers to be able to access their accounts correctly n currently instead waiting til Monday to be able to get anything done what if client had emergency house repairs or something to do so they didn't freeze n get sick with a pandemic going on
