This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. They fail to understand the simple concept that you are the customer and that they are providing a service for you. They consistently slapped quarterly fees on my kid's savings accounts. The bank 'manager' Amy at Watertown did not inform that they would charge $5 per account for mailing a paper statement. When it was corrected, we still were charged on them 2 more times. When I went to close the accounts, she claimed I had one less account because it didn't show up on her computer. It didn't matter that I logged in on my phone and showed her the account. She had no solution and didn't so much as offer to get to the bottom of why it wasn't showing up. Her answer was basically 'oh well' and she was surprised why I was angered by it. That is the depth of knowledge, expertise, and accountability you get when Amy is handling your money. She does no wrong and it's your fault, not hers or the bank. I guess 'oh well', I closed out all my family's accounts and we went somewhere else that understands what service they are providing.

---|---|
7.7% | 10.84% |
Citizens Alliance Bank has a Capitalization of 7.7% versus the BestCashCow average of 10.84. Capitalization measures how much equity capital a bank has to underpin loans and other assets on its balance sheet. The higher the capitalization number the more secure a bank is considered.
As of June 30, 2024, Citizens Alliance Bank had assets of $1,555,850,000, loans of $931,279,000, and deposits of $1,327,095,000. Long-term increases in deposits shows a bank's ability to raise funds to grow its loans and assets. Loan and asset growth may rise or fall depending on a bank's strategy for growth. Sharp rises and falls in assets, deposits, and loans can be problematic, indicating a loosening of lending standards, or financial distress leading to reduced lending. A big change in these figured can also be from a bank acquisition or merger.
