Customer Reviews for National Cooperative Bank

  • June 1, 2021 |

Update: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK! They have no clue how to run an online bank. This bank is not ready for prime time. Nothing but problems. Customer service is dismal at best.

  • November 2, 2020 |

WARNING! I just opened a new account and at this time you CANNOT transfer or withdraw your funds via ACH through them. You may use an external bank's ACH to withdraw, however. No where on their website is this stated. I was told NCB is working to enable ACH transfers but no can do now. This is insane! Obviously NCB is not ready for prime time.
