Went to Stellar bank off Bay Area yesterday 8/6/23. I was 1 minute late, but a gentleman let me in and instructed me to a lady to my left. Unfortunately, the ONLY words to me that she said was "just to let you know, we close at 5). No "hello", no "how are you", no "what can I do for you". Why would ANYONE want to go do business with a bank with people like this? If I wanted to be treated poorly I would go see my Ex.... It was Unbelievable the way she acted and and talked to a potential customer. Don't think that I will be doing business with them, BUT, I will go back just to get her name and post it. I shall return..... The one star given is for the gentleman that let me in. Thank you.....
