I have had this bank for the past 10 years and I would not want to change banks due to friendly customer service over the phone as I live a hundred miles from this bank. I always get my questions answered on time and with respect and concern. They know me by name. This is something other banks that I have could not compete with. I am a member of PENFED and they always tell me to switch my checking acct to them. I say than nobody would know who I am if I called and needed money transferred. Normangee State bank feel like a person and not a bank acct number. While serving in Iraq, these people knew who I was and could help me with any concerns I had. Keep up the good work!!
