Worst customer service I Haven ever experienced. No one could tell me anything. Kept interrupting when trying to explain my problem . Wanting to wrap it up quickly. Lost my bank card . Was told I would be charged a fee to have it cancelled. They had no idea what the fee was. Waste of time and very unprofessional operators in a okforeign country.
