I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE OTHER REVIEWERS. THIS BANK HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GO HERE... IF THERE'S ANY WAY YOU CAN AVOID, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. LET ME GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE. THERE IS NO WAY EVER TO GET THROUGH TO ANY ONE. LAST TIME I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT WHETHER I COULD PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD -- I WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR SEVERAL TIMES, MYSTERIOUSLY DROPPED... THEN GOT A MESSAGE THAT NOBODY WAS WORKING DURNG THAT HOUR (WHY NOT TELL ME BEFORE I WAITED???)... I NEVER GOT THE ANSWER. THIS MONTH, I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT MY PASSWORD, SO CALLED... ENDLESS WAITING, SAME THING... NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE... STILL CAN'T GET IN ACCOUNT... IT'S FRUSTRATING, INSULTING, DEGRADING, DEHUMANIZING, AND A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. THEY NEED A COMPLETE REHAUL OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE -- THEY OFFER NONE. WORST EVER.

I normally don’t go out of my way to condemn a bank but in this case it’s really my duty. If you want a car loan, please go to another more reputable institution. My story will convince you. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe in 2018 in Roswell, GA. BTW, Rick Case Hyu dai are Rock Stars and have treated me very well. When I moved to Florida inSep of 2021, I applied for my Tag 10 Sep 2021. It’s 14 Jan 2021 and I still have no Tag because the incompetent group of invalids running the Title dept and the third party that actually does the work are incapable of transferring a title to another state. After 90 days inFlorida, you can drive on a temporary tag until the title shows up. To this day, those morons have no idea where the title is and really aren’t too worried about it making it to Florida. I’ve called multiple times a week only to be told, “ it’s still being processed”. Probably a phrase on a card they are trained to repeat. My car is almost paid off and I don’t want to sell or trade, but if I can’t drive it I may be forced to do so. Can’t drive, to work, the store, the doctors office, nothing. The incompetence of this organization is inexcusable. I’ve never dealt will the sorriest group of individuals in my entire life. Do not use this bank for no reason. You’ll regret it I promise.

This bank bought out my bank which had already been bought before. I stayed with them. But I'm about to leave. I could open a bank across from this place and pout it out of business by simply offering CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
